Yesterday afternoon I was pleased to find out that the home that Brad and I staged was under contract….We were brought in about March for the initial consult…the home owners were not receptive at the time…then in May since there was little or no activity we were brought back on the scene to stage the first floor only. The home went through a realtor transformation shortly after. I just saw the pictures that were posted by the new agency and agent….what a difference photo’s make. I am now posting the photo’s that were taken by the professional photographer as the other’s did no justice…. (actually I was really upset that after all our work the photo’s did not capture the beauty).
